🏆 Best Gear editor at GameCuki · See all best gear

I'm Jacob, the gear editor at GameCuki. I write our Best Gear guides and gift guides, covering consoles and handhelds, PC gaming hardware like keyboards, mice, monitors and gaming laptops, controllers and headsets, and the accessories that go with them, from cases, docks and chargers to screen protectors and storage. For every guide, I start with the articles that already rank for the topic and make sure my list covers more options than they do. Then I check each product's specs on the maker's page and its retailer listing, and read owner reviews to find repeated problems with comfort, build quality or reliability. I drop products whose listing mixes reviews from other models, is a renewed item or is out of stock. I don't take free products or paid placements, and what I write comes from research, not my own use of the products. You can read my full process on our How We Review page.
